Everlasting Life creates digital memorial experiences — including smart LCD memorial displays and virtual “conversations” that recreate memories of a loved one or pet. We combine media (photos, audio, video) with AI-driven conversational layers to create interactive, lifelike remembrances. 

You provide photos, video clips, written memories, and optionally voice recordings. After you submit materials we create a draft experience for review, refine it with your feedback, then deliver the final digital file and/or a shipped LCD memorial device (if selected). Typical inputs: 5–30 photos, 1–3 short voice clips, and 3–10 memory prompts (favorite stories, dates, phrases).

We provide both: a physical smart LCD memorial device (available from the Shop section) and purely digital deliverables (video files, private web experiences). Which option you choose determines shipping and set-up steps.

Turnaround depends on the package/tier and how quickly you provide source materials. Typical timeline examples you can list on the site: Memory Moment (1–3 weeks), Full Conversation (2-4 weeks), Device shipping (Depending upon availability & depending on location).

We store customer media securely and use it only to build your memorial product unless you consent otherwise. You control who has access (private link, family-only, or public).

Yes — we support Spanish conversational experiences (and can add more languages on request).

Yes. Many clients choose to record memories or create their Everlasting Life memorial in advance. This ensures that their stories, voice, and personality are preserved exactly as they wish. We’ll securely store your data until the memorial is activated or shared with your loved ones according to your instructions. You remain in control of what is created and when it becomes accessible.

Every Everlasting Life LCD memorial device comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal hardware issues under normal use. If you experience any issues, our support team will assist with troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements when covered. We also provide setup guidance and lifetime access to software updates for compatible memorial experiences.

Out of respect and privacy, Everlasting Life requires that you have the legal right or family consent to create a digital representation of any individual. We never produce likenesses of living persons without explicit written permission. Our team follows strict ethical standards to ensure every memorial is created with dignity, accuracy, and emotional sensitivity.
